Shipping policy

Shipping of the products is carried out regularly within a maximum of 72 hours after your order.


To track your order, your tracking number will be provided to you via email, and you can find the link in our shipment confirmation emails.


Please note that tracking information may take approximately 4 days to be displayed.

Please keep an eye on the tracking of your order. Sometimes, your order may be awaiting pickup at the post office, and the delivery notice may not be present in your mailbox.


Important to know: The post office holds your package for 15 days; beyond that, it will be returned to the sender. In such cases, you may be asked for compensation to have your order reshipped.


Regarding order cancellation, you have a two-hour window to cancel your order through our contact form in the relevant section. After this time frame, a refund can only be processed upon the complete reception of your order at our premises.
