A portion of the production has been dispatched and is currently in transit by rail to our Paris warehouse. This shipment is progressing as planned and will be received, inspected, and processed upon arrival.

2 🗓️ February 13 - Packaging Completed

Packaging has been successfully completed, including placement into polybags and shipping cartons.

3 🗓️ February 6 – Production Fully Completed

The entire production process is now fully completed. All components of the Aura sets are finished, marking the end of the manufacturing phase.

4 🗓️ February 4 – Jackets assembled

At this stage, only the installation of the YKK zippers remains to complete the jackets.

5 🗓️ January 26 – Pants Production Completed

the pants are now fully completed. This step marks the finalization of one of the key components of the Aura sets and represents a major milestone in the production process.

6 🗓️ January 20 – Spray Painting Completed & Final Sewing Started

As of January 20, the spray painting process was fully completed. Following this milestone, work began on sewing the remaining pieces, allowing production to move into its final assembly phase.

7 🗓️ January 13 – Senior Spray Artisans Recruited

On January 13, three highly experienced senior spray artisans were successfully recruited. Their expertise allowed the spray painting process to move forward more efficiently, while maintaining the high level of precision and consistency required for each Aura set.

8 🗓️ January 11 – Packaging Production Completed

As of January 10, all packaging elements were fully produced, including polybags, hangtags, stickers, and shipping cartons. This marked the completion of the entire packaging production phase, ensuring that all Aura sets would be prepared and presented according to our standards.

9 🗓️ January 2 – Production Delay Identified & Recruitment Process Initiated

On January 3, it became clear that production would experience significant delays due to the spray painting process. At this stage, only three employees had the required level of expertise to ensure a flawless result. The spray technique is highly technical and requires extensive experience, precision, and consistency. To maintain our quality standards, we made the decision to initiate a recruitment process and conduct interviews to expand the spray painting team, rather than accelerating production at the expense of quality.

10 🗓️ December 23 – Spray Painting Process Started

On December 23, the spray painting process officially began. This step involves a fully handmade spray technique, requiring precision, consistency, and a high level of expertise to achieve the desired visual effect on each Aura set.

11 🗓️ December 17 – Fabric Production Completed & Cutting Process Started

As of December 17, the fabric production was completed, marking the end of this initial manufacturing phase. Immediately after, the fabric cutting process began, allowing the production to move forward to the next stage while maintaining precision and consistency across all pieces.

12 🗓️ December 7 - Fabric Production

Due to the high volume of orders received during the pre-order, additional fabric production was launched on December 7 to meet the required quantities. This step was necessary to ensure that all Aura sets could be produced using the same fabrics and standards initially selected, without compromising consistency or quality.
